Oksana brings experience in HR, workforce development, employability, training and organisational AI adoption. She shapes the Nexus ecosystem, programmes and partnerships, connecting founders, experts and organisations around practical opportunities.

Ruslana Sirko
AI Product & Research Lead
Ruslana combines medical training in Ukraine, with a background in radiology, with practical experience in AI education, user research and digital product development. At Nexus she leads product research, user testing, content quality and responsible AI practice, helping turn complex needs into useful tools and clear priorities.
Her wider work includes AI webinars, hackathon mentoring and research, learning and product testing for CulturaLinks digital projects, including Newcomer Navigator.
