Cancellation & Refunds

How renewal, cancellation, cooling-off rights and refunds work for paid Nexus subscriptions.

Effective: 14 September 2026

1. Recurring billing

Nexus Builder is offered as a monthly plan at £20 or an annual plan at £200. Organisation Membership is monthly: £49 for one named representative, £84 for two, or £119 for three. AI Spotlight is £99 per month for an Individual or £320 per month for an Organisation. Nexus Elite Club is available to approved applicants at £65 per month or £650 per year. The selected plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

2. How to cancel

Sign in to your member area, select “Manage subscription” and cancel through the secure Stripe customer portal. For Organisation Membership, the Organisation Owner manages billing and can use the existing billing or customer portal where available. You may also email info@hrnexus.ai.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless a refund or statutory right applies, paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. For Nexus Elite Club, ending continuous membership also ends Founding Member price protection.

Organisation plan changes remain subject to seat limits. A downgrade does not remove representatives automatically. When paid Organisation Membership ends, the Organisation and its existing data remain in place and the workspace becomes read-only for 90 days.

3. Fourteen-day cooling-off period

If you purchase as a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel a service contract within 14 days after the day the contract is made. To make this simple, Nexus will provide a full refund when you request cancellation within 14 days of your first paid Nexus subscription purchase.

This voluntary promise does not reduce any wider statutory right you may have. Email us from the address connected to your account and state clearly that you wish to cancel.

4. Refunds after 14 days

After the initial 14-day period, payments are normally non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We will consider a full or proportionate refund where the service was materially unavailable, a payment was taken in error, the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, or the law otherwise requires it.

We may also offer a discretionary refund where individual circumstances make that fair. This does not affect your legal rights.

5. Changes or cancellation by Nexus

If Nexus ends a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide continued access for the paid period or a fair proportionate refund. If access is ended because of serious misuse, fraud or a material breach of the Terms of Use, a refund may not be available except where required by law.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card providers may take additional time to display the credit. We will confirm the decision and expected amount by email.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law. If you believe a service is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
