Nexus Leaders Circle

AI Decisions CEOs Can’t Delegate

A small, private room for leaders who carry responsibility for what happens next.

Thursday 20 May 202717:30–19:30In person · venue to be confirmed18 selected leaders

The question

The choices about AI, people, risk and responsibility that still belong to the leader.

Bring one real decision, mistake or challenge that you would approach differently now. The point is not to impress the room. It is to have the conversation that ordinary business networking rarely makes possible.

01Who

Leaders with responsibility

Founders, co-founders, CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Directors and Directors. Heads of Innovation or Transformation may join when they genuinely make decisions.

02Rule

Chatham House Rule

Use the ideas, but do not identify the person or organisation behind a comment without permission. There is no recording and no sales pitch.

03Room

18 people, by fit

Nexus looks beyond job titles. We choose people who can bring relevant experience and make the discussion more useful.

How the evening runs

Enough time to say what is actually going on.

  1. 17:30

    Arrival and introductions

Thirty minutes to meet people properly before the Circle begins.

  2. 18:00

    Short opening perspective

At most one experienced leader sets the context in ten minutes. This is not a speaker event.

  3. 18:10

    Closed Circle

Sixty minutes of direct, confidential discussion led by the people in the room.

  4. 19:10

    Drinks and useful follow-through

Continue the conversations worth taking further. The Circle closes at 19:30.
